ME App

Project content

During the project period from December 1st 2023, to January 31th 2026, together with five project partners we developed:

• an app that is used in educational institutions for adult job seekers facing psycho-social challenges to provide mental support.
• training sessions for trainers and educators on the best possible use of this and similar apps to strengthen mental health.

Target audience

The ME App project was aimed at:

• Job seekers who face psycho-social challenges in their job search.
• Trainers who work with the above-mentioned persons in (further) education institutions

Project goals

The goal of the project was to provide job-seeking adults with an interactive mobile app that mentally supports them in finding permanent employment. The app allowed users to record and analyze their personal daily mood (mood, sleep quality, worries and fears, etc.) and provided personalized uplifting messages and interactive features.

ME App was made through the funding provided by Erasmus+. Partners in the implementation were:
