Project contents

During the project period from 05/2022 to 04/2024, we worked in collaboration with four project partners from four different countries to develop

• an online language learning platform with videos and interactive elements
• a digital glossary with 1,500 German words from the healthcare sector
• a handbook for teachers and learners on the effective use of the project materials

Target group

The IDEAL project was aimed at (prospective) caregivers with a non-German mother tongue, as well as those individuals who support them in their professional journey through teaching.

Project goals

The goal of the IDEAL project was to effectively improve German language skills in the caregiving sector through innovative, interactive online learning materials.
