Vocational Training

In vocational training, young people aged 15 and over who are registered as apprenticeship seekers or have lost their apprenticeship can learn various professions in suitable training formats. The graduates are valuable skilled workers for companies that that face difficulties every year in finding new employees.

Vocational Guidance

We help participants to (further) develop their personal career aspirations and to apply specifically for training positions. At the same time, German, English, mathematics and IT skills are brought up to a level that opens up good opportunities for them in today's labour market.

Qualification

We provide participants with the tools they need to acquire and expand skills and competencies. This enables them to effectively manage professional challenges and achieve career goals.

Language & Integration

We help people build up their language skills in German and English and prepare them for life and work in a new country through various integration measures. People whose native language is not German familiarize themselves with the German alphabet or improve their existing German language skills in order to gain a foothold in the labour market.

Methodology & Didactics

We design and optimize teaching and learning processes to help learners and educators reach their full potential and overcome challenges. This results in best practice collections and tool kits that are used for specific target groups in all projects.
