NOGAP
Room for the prevention of vocational training dropouts
Personal motivation is a major driver for completing education. While students in the school system are prepared for lifelong learning and the importance of further education through personality training, there is currently no comparable training in vocational training programs. As a result, apprentices drop out of their training programs like students. With NOGAP, we close this gap by adapting existing personality training from schools and integrating them into vocational training programs. The project supports apprentices in recognizing the importance of their training and motivates them to complete it. Ensuring that every person has a job.
