Room for quality assurance in SMEs
Small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) often possess untapped potential that can be harnessed to drive growth and success. The EFQM Model serves as a powerful tool for identifying areas for improvement and enhances the quality of the company. However, preparation for this certification can be a barrier that prevents companies from obtaining the quality seal.
In the DESIGN FOR EXCELLENCE (D4E) project, in collaboration with four project partners, we have developed a comprehensive learning software platform specifically tailored to SMEs. This innovative solution empowers SMEs to effectively prepare for EFQM certification, so that both people and companies can grow.

Project contents
During the project period from 01.01.2012 to 31.12.2013, we, along with four project partners, developed training software to support SMEs in preparing for EFQM certification.

The aim of the project was to provide SMEs with the best possible preparation for EFQM certification.
