Bank Austria - Project BusinessNet Know-How Zone

The Bank Austria gives their customer support team a Community and Learning Portal where they can get to know the product quickly and in detail without having to visit extended and cost-intensive trainings. The solution contains all essential information as well as new information about BusinessNet and also serves as a preparation tool for the consultation and sales discussions with the customer. Building up on an Open Source solution ipcenter.at developed a state of the art Community Portal and created the integrated RLO’s by SCORM norm.


Advanced Technical University courses of the Viennese economy - Software Simulations for User Training

ipcenter.at supported the FHW with the introduction of a new study, administrative and communication platform. For the training of employees, students and foreign language trainers, our experts compiled different simulations which were integrated into the FHW website. The simulations optimized the training during the introduction phase of the new software and in addition, raised the website’s ranking.


Advanced Technical University course of the Viennese economy | On-line questionnaire manager IPQuest

The FHW licensed an on-line questionnaire manager, IPQuest created by ipcenter.at. Since then this web tool is available for the FHW administration team as well as all foreign language trainers and students to conduct surveys in a cost-effective and time efficient way. The actual software is built for up to a thousand users and is also hosted on the ipcenter servers.


WIFI Austria | Knowledge and Communications Platform

ipcenter.at provided for the International know-how transfer Team of WIFI Austria the strategy, concept and specifications for a Learning, knowledge and communication-platform which can be internationally implemented. For this so-called "Knowledge Collaboration Platform" specific e-Learning contents were designed and programmed. The project included the servicing of the platform based on an Open Source solution, a new Collaboration tool and the Server housing.


Performance Management with Adobe © International

As International Adobe © partner, ipcenter.at designed tailor-made business performance management tools for customers in different branches benefiting their Management, Distribution and Controlling departments. The implementation of single management cockpits, automated reports, simulations to the illustration of critical business scenarios were also taken into account. The calculation of different business solutions with state-of-the-art-tools such as from Adobe © were also included in our project.


Ebro Games

ipcenter.at realized for Ebro Games the development and customization of online games as well as integration into their customer websites with the objective to increase the customer relations and website usability for their partner companies.
